I find when I take pictures that there always seems to be that ONE that stands out. I know it when I can't describe the emotion that it makes me feel...at least not in one word. It's when my heart can see the picture before my eyes can. This picture is ONE of many that makes my heart and my soul feel something so strongly and tender at the same moment that my brain has to take a step back and ponder how to put into words the majesty of it.
I L.O.V.E. a man's hands. I think they are often one of the best physical attributes of a man that is often neglected by society and women in general. I asked Luke what he noticed about me on our first date, while I will not put his answer on here for all the world to see; he asked me the same question in return, through my laundry list of physical turn ons I said I loved his hands. Seriously...I did! There is something so hot about hands, my imagination flashes through all the possible things he can and will do with them( thank me for sparing you the details), but think of all the good and life experiences those hands have been a part of.One of those things that his hands has now done that my heart could not wait to see is holding our baby. It's almost like coming full circle in a way, the hands that dialed my phone number to ask me on a date (a little too late, the night before) the hands that always tried to sneak moments embracing mine, the hands that held mine on one knee, the hands that held mine as we promised each other forever, the hand that held mine as we witnessed a new life come into this world...
And now these little hands are here, I can't help but think of all the things and people in this world that will be touched literally and spiritually by these...

You are amazing Alyss, I love this analogy...you are just incredible. I love the pictures, they are so cute..Luke's hands and Lily's!!!
